If you’re looking to hire temps in London there are an overwhelming number of options. You’ll recognise some household names. However, there are also younger, fresher companies disrupting the industry. Here are some of the hottest startup temp agencies in London.

1 – Grafter

Grafter launched in 2017 as a self-service platform for individual projects, seasonal and other short-term workers. It’s Founder, Tom Cape, calls it ‘A very easy, valuable, low-cost service at the bottom end of the market.’

Grafter specialises in finding workers across a variety of sectors. These include construction, farming, warehousing and events.

Workers, or Grafters, upload profiles detailing their skills, location and availability to their site for companies to search. There’s a standard working agreement when you hire.

Unlike expensive agencies charging large percentage commissions, Grafter only charges a small transaction fee when you pay your Grafter.

 

2 – Talentful

Talentful started in 2018 to change the way recruitment is done in the tech sector.

Tech startups expand quickly by their very nature, which makes hiring hard. Many find they can’t hire quality talent quickly enough.

What Talentful do is give their clients their own Talentful Consultant, working on their site. The consultant gets a better understanding of the company’s business, culture and hiring needs. They then go out and find the right people. Efficiently and quickly. This is Talentful’s USP.
